A more bizarre twist here...

I added the "--trace" option to see what it say...

curl -v --trace -T "file_testcase.txt" --ftp-ssl -u
"***:***"
"ftp://onlinefiletransfer.suntrust.com:20021//ARAUTOAC"

Here's what I got from curl...

--snip--
curl: (6) Could not resolve host: file_testcase.txt;
Host not found
curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
--snip--

Did cURL try to resolve the host "file_testcase.txt"
to ip address "10.49.53.32" as shown in previous
email??

That might be the bug here because file_testcase.txt
is a file that need to be transfer over to the FTP
server, not host name...
