CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE

Hi everybody,
CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE is a conection option of curl_easy_setopt(). But it seems to be not implemented in the libcurl. Is it right ?
I didn't find it all the file .h of the library. So, in my program, I have the error: "CURLOPT_MAX_SEND_SPEED_LARGE’ was not declared in this scope" .
I have the libcurl 7-15.4.
