I removed the feedback section of the web site

Some 6 years ago I added the feedback section on the web site to allow people
to provide feedback using their web browsers.

Today I've removed that ability again. It turned out that the majority of all
posts are spam, and of the other posts that are submitted, 95% should've been
taken to one of the mailing lists instead to reach the appropriate audience.

I'm just presenting this explanation here in case any lost soul would go
around searching for the feedback page.

If there is anyone interested, I wouldn't mind seeing an "official" web based
forum setup somewhere to host user-to-user discussions for curl-related
issues. There are a great deal of people out there who seem to be scared of
mailing lists and who actually prefer to click themselves to death on forum
sites... :-)

I'm afraid I'm not in a position where I can take on that kind of hosting and
admining too.
