We're getting CURLE_GOT_NOTHING errors, but very few and far between,
possibly due to some TCP Reset packets. It would seem a retry would be a
good strategy to recover.

I'm not familiar enough with the curl source code, so I have to ask:

If curl is used with the retry option, will it retry a request after a
CURLE_GOT_NOTHING error automatically, or is this something that the
application that uses curl needs to take care of?
