How obtain directly executable for HP B11.11

I need to obtain curl for HP B11.11.
I have downloaded the depot file from the HP web site, but I need to
have administrator privileg to obtain executable.
How can I do to obtain curl executable without those privileg?
(Directely the executable as under XP for example)
