How about, i think the 'L' is very important for your purpose:

curl -c cookie.jar -Lv
'http://www.scjn.gob.mx/Listas/Acuerdo/ListaConsultasFinal.aspsmo=26&Fecha=02/02/2006&Buscar=Buscar'
