I ended up going with the SSLSharp library from Tamilgal.

It supports sftp which can be used behind my firewall:

And it's a pure .NET port from the java Ssh library.

It works for me using the curl command-line client. Are you getting a

404 error or other error? Can you post a log of your session with the

server?
