This is a problem we've seen reported before, but I have no idea why this
happens or even what it means. I can only suggest that you ask in the openssl
camp if they can clarify and possibly explain possibly reasons what we could
possibly do in our end to track this down or fix what causes it.
If you decide to do this, please follow standard net etiquette (like the one
described on the page linked to above) as you risk getting completely ignored
when you don't and then you'll never find out what's wrong.
