Re: crypto and SSL

Turns out the distro did not include the SSL shared libraries. I just
needed to install and build the OpenSSL source. Once I'd done that,
Curl could build with SSL support.
Just make sure you get the source to same version of SSL that matches
your installation of "Old Hockey Pucks".
