Help with Command Line

I wonder if someone could lend a hand with a Curl command line. I am using SimpleFailover which allows for HTTP API calls to change configurations on the fly. I have been trying to use curl to call their HTTP POST function with the following data.

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<!-- Server Set Configuration -->
<ServerSet Domain="bob.autodatatest.com" ServerType="HTTP" URLPath="" PollingIV="300" RetryIV="120" ResponseTimeout="30" AcceptFailed="1" Paused="false">
  <Server IP="205.205.28.164" />
  <Server IP="172.16.129.181" />
<DNSUpdate RRobin="false" RecTTL="240">
  <DNSServer IP="172.16.129.253" UpdateMethod="DNS" />
  </DNSUpdate>
  </ServerSet>
