I've never heard of anyone suffering from a problem like this before so I
don't know if an upgrade will fix it or not. But if you're not running the
latest version you're suffering from numerous bugs we've already fixed that
*might* be the reason.

Also, I personally don't have time to go chasing bugs in old versions.
