Hi,

I am using curl-7.11.2 for FTP on UNIX.

I noticed that when "No such file or directory" error occurred while
getting a file from remote machine to local, on the local machine
created zero size file.

This cause an ambiguity because it is the same case as an existing file
of zero size was copied.

I do not use CURLOPT_WRITEFUNCTION option and I think that it will be
better if the file will be not created on the local machine.

What do you think?
