url parsing bug?
Date: Sat, 3 Apr 2004 17:41:08 +0200 (CEST)
Hi,
I'm using the Tcl binding of cURL. The following
command:
curl::transfer -url
ftp://user@domain.ext:password@www.domain.ext/file.txt
when fully instantiated results in error number 6. On
the contrary, the extended form
curl::transfer -url ftp://www.domain.ext/file.txt
-userpwd "user_at_domain.ext:password"
works. Probably, the "@" sign contained in the user
name confuses the parser as to finding the correct
user, password, host values.
