Subject: Bug#203827: curl: url globbing fails

Package: curl
Version: 7.10.6-1
Severity: normal

hello,

try to invoke curl like this

curl "http://localhost/file[1-10].pdf" -o "file#1"

and you get the following

[1/10]: http://localhost/filed.pdf --> filed
[2/10]: http://localhost/filed.pdf --> filed
...

according to the manpage, it should read

[1/10]: http://localhost/file1.pdf --> file1
[2/10]: http://localhost/file2.pdf --> file2

maybe, some c code changed from "%d" to "d" ?

regards

hu
