Another pre-release was just uploaded.

I'm aiming at a real public release within a week or so.

I'm looking for a Redhat 8.1 or Redhat 9 user with openssl installed that can
either fix the configure script or give me a temporary login to allow me to
get this sorted out. (as curl fails to build with OpenSSL on those configs)
