ANNOUNCE: curl and libcurl 7.10.3

Curl and libcurl 7.10.3 is out! A bugfix release.
Get curl 7.10.3 from http://curl.haxx.se/download.html. As usual, allow some
time before the popular binary archives are up-to-date with this.
This release includes the following changes:
o Added CURLOPT_PRIVATE and CURLINFO_PRIVATE
o Added CURLOPT_HTTP200ALIASES
o Added --create-dirs
o The first few libcurl test cases have been added
o configure --enable-maintainer-mode was added
This release includes the following bugfixes:
o Transfer-Encoding: chunked for uploads works
o Test cases 306 and 402 now run fine
o configure script bug related to CONTENT_ENCODING fixed
o Borland Makefiles up-to-date
o Name resolve fix to correct the 7.10.2-fix!
o curl/curl.h now has a more proper extern "C" for C++
o CURL_MAX_WRITE_SIZE lowered to 16KB: improves performance on Windows
o configure --enable-debug now cuts off -O* options to the compiler
o Using multi interface and proxy to non-listening port caused a hang
o CURLOPT_USERPWD-imposed memory leak removed
o Verbose connect message crash removed
o curl-config --cflags fixed
o better SSL-reading with no CPU-eating loop left
o A base64 decoding bug was fixed (affected kerberos4)
o The MSVC++ Makefile for debug targets was improved
o Initing the global DNS cache is now done better
o "curl -I ftp://domain/non-existing-file" was flawed
o fixed wildcard name checks in server certificates
