Summary: curl_version is an invalid User-Agent

Initial Comment:
As per RFC 2616's section 3.8, 'User-Agent' values must
consists of a series of names, followed by an optional
slash and version number. 'curl' uses curl_version(),
which doesn't match this format. 'curl' could be
changed to roll its own user-agent string, but it would
probably be wise to make this change in the library so
that third-party tools can easily append this to their
user-agent strings.
