Re: help!, bad html form data

All:
I finally figured out my curl problems. It was some perl escape characters '\' and a hidden form variable in the html page. I found this variable after playing with a macro tool called 'visual web task' - it listed the fields passed to the server from the browser.
Thanks for the help. -CarlS

You're not experiencing any pure curl problems (AFAICT). These are problems
with your environment and with the site your communicating with.

And none of these characters you pass to the -d is special to the shell
you're using so that they need to be within " or ' or otherwise escaped?

blow up? What does that mean?
I know for a fact that % needs escape on the Windows/DOS command line, I
trust you took care of that issue.
