ANNOUCE: curl 7.9.7

Curl and libcurl 7.9.7 is out! This is mainly a bugfix release.
Get curl 7.9.7 from http://curl.haxx.se/download.html. As usual, allow some
time before the popular binary archives are up-to-date with this.
This release includes the following changes:
o CURLOPT_COOKIESESSION (-j with the client) starts a new cookie session
o --trace or --trace-ascii dump a full network/debug dump to a given file
o Bugfix: CURLOPT_DEBUGFUNCTION gets called as documented
o Bugfix: -D with multiple URLs will append all headers in the same file
o Bugfix: multi interface transfers work better
o curl_multi_info_read() is now implemented as documented
o Bugfix: multiple transfers reset download counters better in between
o Bugfix: Pruning now prevents the DNS cache from growing out of proportions
o Bugfix: no_proxy didn't work when URL contained port numbers
o Bugfix: --interface didn't work for IPv6 enabled libcurls
o Bugfix: the TIMECOND defines are now using CURL_ prefixes
o Now uses less memory for name resolves on most operating systems
o Bugfix: pack_hostent works with 64 bit pointers
o Prunes old DNS cache entries
o Bugfix: HTTP 301 response after a POST now treated differently
o Added CURLINFO_REDIRECT_TIME and CURLINFO_REDIRECT_COUNT
o Bugfix: rfc1867-formposting a non-existent file now causes a failure
