No, there is no current support for tftp.

I find it very funny that you ask this right now. We're on the last trembling
hours of the curl questionnarie [http://curl.haxx.se/q/] and the preliminairy
results(*) show that a surpring ~23% of the participants want to see TFTP
added to libcurl.

This of course suggests that we add this in a future release. I hope I don't
have to tell you that there is no schedule for this and no more plans than
this.

As usual, efforts and contributions from others are highly appreciated and
encouraged. I'm always in on improving (lib)curl, but don't expect me to do
all the work myself!

(*) = I'm closing the questionnarie later today and I'll present the
      full results and analysis as soon as possible, hopefully early next
      week.
