Summary: Content-Length and additional \r\n

Initial Comment:
Version 7.9.3

In file http.c function Curl_http, line ~ 938

I believe this is a bug, but you make the call. It
seems that a \r\n is always added to end of a post
even-though it isn't a chunked encoding transfer.
There is a call to add_buffer(req_buffer, "\r\n", 2).

But I believe that is incorrect, since this \r\n is
beyond the Content-Length size.
