Ask other Mac OS X developers how/where they have their RTLD_LAZY defines and
check why it is that you don't have the same.

Lots of other people have built and continue to build curl on Mac OS X, why I
believe this is a problem with your particular setup. I don't think this is a
general curl on OS X problem.
