Summary: Resume failure with very large files

Initial Comment:
Using Curl's command line utility v7.8, I got the
following error:

G:\ftp>curl -C - -u name:password -o \csphl005
\demo\TNO\D@.TNOdata3.
csar
ftp://iwdf8000/iwdf9151/comp/mySAP_IDES_IBS/TNO/D@.TNOd
ata3.csar
curl: (36) Offset (850264064) was beyond file size (-
1115520181)

I upgraded to 7.92 and this behaviour has not
changed. It appears a variable has overflowed into
negative, causing the resume code to think it's out of
bounds.
