Summary: Broken manpages

Initial Comment:
- libcurl(5) is no "File format", should be libcurl(3)
- curl_strequal(3) claims it returns a "nul terminated
string"
- curl_easy_cleanup(3) has no return type
- There is no rationale for including/using
curl_*printf et al (no patch for this, sorry)
