Summary: stunnel.pm missing from latest release

Initial Comment:
Hey, I just downloaded curl 7.7.3 (latest stable
release as of today), which compiles fine, but the
make test fails because it can't find stunnel.pm. I
copied in the one from the source tree and everything
seems to work fine now, but you might want to add it
into the release package.
