Summary: perform without url segfaults

Initial Comment:
In libcurl 7.7, if curl_easy_perform gets called before
curl_easy_setopt(curl,CURLOPT_URL,url) has been called,
the library segfaults, rather than returning an error
code.

In 'C' this is probably 'typical', but the perl wrapper
would prefer libcurl to handle this case...
