Summary: Can't find vcvars32.bat in curl-7.5.2.zip

Details: I'm trying to install curl for Windows (we've got a customer who
may have a bug, and I'm trying to verify). I've downloaded curl-7.5.2.zip,
extracted all the files, and now I'm reading the Install document. In the
Windows non-SSL "Microsoft style" section, it says to run "vcvars32.bat",
but I can't find this file anywhere in my download directory. Was it
mistakenly left out, or am I just being stupid and can't see it?
