Yet another curl release finds its way into the shiny bright world. This
time, the list of changes include the following highlights:

 * file:// was fixed
 * --proxytunnel, non-HTTP tunneled through a http proxy is added
 * --interface allows you to specify outgoing interface
 * --krb4 enables kerberos for ftp transfers
 * cookie parser bugfixed
 * OpenSSL 0.9.6 usage fixed
 * multiple downloaded files bugfix
 * more name resolve fixes
