Another bug fix release!

cURL 7.2.1 was just uploaded to curl.haxx.se and the sourceforge.net mirror.
There are also windows binaries up there already.

Changes in 7.2.1 include:

 * corrected configure script for the name resolving functions

 * 'curl -I' on ftp files works again

 * getting ftp files with + in the path now works
