RE: 7.0.9beta - config libtools in tar

It seems that two files, config.sub & config.guess are symlinked to
/usr/local/share/libtool, which some of us don't have. :-) The versions in
6.5.2 seemed usable, so I copied them, only to run into a missing ltconfig
file. This one does not exist in 6.5.2, so that's all for now...
