Well, I finally got it working.

You were right about the -lRSAglue -lrsaref LIBS options, but when I first
tried it, it came back with an error about rsaref. I tracked down that the
rsaref LIB was not in the /usr/local/ssl/lib directory with the others, but
in a different directory (/usr/local/rsaref-2.0/lib)....so I copied it over
and VIOLA!
