Once again, those are not only win32-related but also compiler-related
problems. I cannot apply fixes for your platform/compiler combination that
will undoubtly ruin someone else combination.

The makefile fixes are good, since they're specific enough.

Please, send me patches made with 'diff -c' or 'diff -u'. I can't apply plain
diffs without getting lots of problems.

I would rather get a set of patches that correct them! ;-) But sure, if you
think the warnings are valid I'm interested.
