removed the repo on my cleanup :/

We should mention the org pr #8813 on the commit

btw, freebsd 13.1 is in use at vim, thanks to me ;) and it's been running for a few weeks without any problems excluding build / test errors.

@danielgustafsson i accidentally removed the repo when cleaning up. so i created the PR again, but we should mention the org PR

FreeBSD 13.1 is released btw: https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.1R/announce/
but until now, not listed on cirrus-ci docu

To me it looks like nproc is not supported/existent on FreeBSD. Can you show documentation it exists there? I can only find Linux based documentation.

There are no official documentation, it was just an idea. - Will revert the change if you think it’s better to leave it as it is.

This is still not an official image from Cirrus, but it seems to be consistently working so maybe the docs are just lagging?
