travis: split "torture" into a separate "events" build as well #6728

The event-based tests thus run in its own separate build to see if we
manage to get through more torture tests within the total time limit.

The event-based tests thus run in its own separate build to see if we
manage to get through more torture tests within the total time limit.
For some reason the torture tests now run a lot slower on travis and run
into the 50 minute limit all the time.
and at 20% to try to keep the run-time reasonable
