Hi,
my sync tool requires a CURLOPT_FTP_FILEMETHOD like CURLFTPMETHOD_NOCWD, but with support for quote-only commands (without any actual upload/downloads involved) e.g. RNFR/RNTO, etc. that issues no CWDs.
The patch attached makes it easier to add new enum values in the future without also breaking setopt.c.
