This change adds a version of the
hiperfifoexample program that uses linuxepollandtimerfd. I put this together trying to understand how to integrate with thelibcurlmulti interface and figured it might be useful to others. I diffed againsthiperfifo.cand tried to minimize any differences so it should be pretty familiar.
