  • adding separate quiche workflow to also build nghttpx server for testing
  • adding 2 github caches:
    • for nghttpx build with quictls/nghttp3/ngtp2/nghttp2 version numbers in key
    • for quiche with quiche version number in key
  • run times
    • cache miss: 26 minutes
    • cache hits: 15 minutes
